MEDIA SUBMISSION TERMS AND USE AUTHORIZATION

By uploading or submitting any photograph, video, audio, image, graphic, document, or other media or material through this site, you represent and warrant that you own, control, or otherwise possess all rights necessary to submit such material and to grant the rights described herein, and that the submission and MONTAER’s use of the material will not infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, proprietary, or other right of any person or entity. You grant MONTAER Aircraft, its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, representatives, successors, assigns, and authorized partners a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, and sublicensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, edit, crop, adapt, publish, display, distribute, transmit, create derivative works from, advertise with, promote with, and otherwise exploit the submitted material, in whole or in part, in any media, format, platform, or technology now known or later developed, for commercial, promotional, advertising, marketing, editorial, public-relations, training, dealer, website, social-media, and other lawful business purposes, without further notice, approval, attribution, or compensation unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

You further authorize MONTAER to use any names, likenesses, voices, aircraft registrations, locations, or other content appearing in the submitted material to the extent you have authority to grant such permission. You agree that all submissions are made voluntarily and at your own risk and that MONTAER assumes no responsibility or liability for loss, corruption, deletion, interception, unauthorized access, failed transmission, storage failure, or other damage affecting submitted material. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MONTAER and its affiliated parties from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or relating to your submission, your breach of these terms, or any allegation that the submitted material or MONTAER’s authorized use of it violates the rights of a third party. Submission of material through this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
